Nutritional & Food Support Services

RAW2HHC Nutritional & Food Support Services may be available to eligible individuals receiving services through qualifying Indiana waiver programs, including Health & Wellness, PathWays for Aging, and TBI.

These services may support nutrition stability, food access, and care coordination when nutritional or food support is included in the individual’s authorized care plan. Services may require Medicaid waiver eligibility, service authorization, and approval through the individual’s case manager, care coordinator, or health plan.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval or services. RAW2HHC will review the information and follow up regarding next steps.

Refund Policy – Ready and Willing 2 Help Healthcare LLC

Ready and Willing 2 Help Healthcare LLC is committed to transparency and fairness regarding tuition and fees for the Home Health Aide (HHA) Training Program.

  • A 100% refund of all tuition and mandatory fees will be issued if a student withdraws before the first day of class.

  • A 75% refund will be issued if a student withdraws within the first week of instruction.

  • A 50% refund will be issued if a student withdraws during the second week of instruction.

  • No refunds will be issued once 50% or more of the program has been completed.

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or official form.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the date of approval.

  • If Ready and Willing 2 Help Healthcare LLC cancels a class or program, students will receive a 100% refund of all tuition and mandatory fees paid.

  • Non-refundable fees (if applicable) such as registration, background check, or materials must be clearly disclosed prior to enrollment.
